Woodhaven boasts some of the lowest levels of staff turnover in the industry. Staff is assigned to the same residents each time they work. This consistency helps our employees to build strong, trusting relationships with our residents, so that they will feel more secure, comfortable, and receive better, personalized care and attention. Staff often becomes intimately acquainted with family members, often developing friendships that last long after the resident is no longer at Woodhaven.
Our Executive Director, Randy Gasser, has been leading the Woodhaven community for over 25 years. Management keeps an open door policy, so that suggestions, questions, or other issues can be quickly and easily resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
